Privacy Policy — PourScout × RadioWorkflow Extension

The PourScout × RadioWorkflow browser extension (“the extension”) is a productivity tool for Recharge Media / Sun Radio sales reps. It runs entirely in your own browser, using your own logged-in sessions, and returns results to the PourScout web app you have open. This policy explains what it accesses and how data is handled.

What the extension does

Acting on your behalf, with your existing sessions, it can:

• Look up accounts and pull the Prospect Pool / Archive lists and sales activity (email opens/clicks) from RadioWorkflow (radioworkflow.com).
• Send RadioWorkflow-logged email through your RadioWorkflow session.
• Check the Meta (Facebook) Ad Library for a business’s public ad activity.

Results are relayed only to the PourScout web app (pourscout.com) open in your browser.

Data collection

The developer collects no personal data. Specifically, the extension:

• does not send your data to the developer or any third party — requests go only to the services you already use (RadioWorkflow, the Meta Ad Library), and results return to the PourScout page you have open;
• does not use analytics, tracking, its own cookies, or advertising;
• does not sell, rent, or share data;
• keeps no long-term storage of account or contact information — it is a pass-through relay.

Permissions

Host access to radioworkflow.com is used to make requests to RadioWorkflow with your existing session. Host access to the Meta Ad Library (facebook.com/ads) is used only to check public ad activity. These permissions are used solely to provide the features above.

Remote code

The extension executes only the code included in its package. It does not download or run remote code. Network requests fetch data (JSON/HTML) only, which is parsed — never executed.

Data security

The extension operates within your browser using your authenticated sessions, and transmits data only between the services you use and the PourScout app.

We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
